This class brings circuit training to a higher level. It involves a mix of anaerobic activities and aerobic exercises to provide a whole body workout. One of the primary benefits of metabolic conditioning is that it takes less time to produce your desired results compared to the traditional exercise program. Because of the intensity of the workout involved, you get to devote only half the time you usually use up in exercising without sacrificing quality.


Boxing is one of the most demanding and rewarding forms of exercise training but also this class is great fun. It conditions your entire body and provides one of the most challenging and enjoyable workouts of any sport. The physiological as well as psychological benefits of boxing are extensive. These include increased self discipline and self confidence, relieves stress, increased agility, speed, coordination, endurance and strength.


Tabata intervals are a great example of structured intervals. Tabata training includes a 20-second high-intensity anaerobic work interval followed by a 10-second rest, repeated eight times in a row. This class require little experience or time, it will produce, what we call after burn effect, where you will burn calories for up to 12 hours after.We will vary the training intensity to suit everyone – beginners, intermediate and advanced fitness levels.This 30 minute classe will deliver an exhilarating, rewarding and exceptionally fun workout right at your office's door.


This class incorporates weighted rubber cylinders into strength training and cardio that will challenge you without monotony and its great fun. Abs, legs, arms, balance, cardio: all on the menu. 

The group will work together functionally training their bodies to improve muscular response, increase fat burn and metabolic rate. During classes there is normally a sense of team morale with members encouraging each other in a positive and motivational way.


The Insanity workout emphasises " interval training", a method of exercising during which one works out strenuously for 3–4 minutes and then rests or "cools down" for approximately 30 seconds before starting the process again. No weights or any other equipment are needed for the workout. The workouts are based on body-weight training, cardio, plyometric, abs work, martial arts and yoga

PILATE - This class will help you to develop core strength and coordination through traditional Pilates movement patterns, the use of breath and correct alignment. You’ll feel a difference in your posture and overall toning with every class.


SUPPLE STRENGTH - Increase strength, core stability and agility with the dynamic movements. More aerobic than yoga or Pilates classes, the Supple Strength workout blends sports training, core conditioning, dance, stretch and athletic drills to help pump up calorie burn and build muscle.
